Erick Beechum

Erick Beechum is from DeBerry, TX. He grew up playing basketball at school and learned much of what he knows from his father who played professionally overseas for 9 years. He relocated to NWA in 2004 to work for Wal-mart after college. Erick has coached in the Rogers Activity Center for the past three years. He is involved with a number of community service activities through Alpha Phi Alpha which partners with March of Dimes, Special Olympics, and various organizations within the community. Brien Craft

Brien is a native of New Orleans, LA. He attended Abramson High school where he played Varsity Basketball and Baseball. Brien has a BS degree from Hampton University and is currently pursuing a MBA at the Mason School of business at the College of William and Mary. Brien's basketball resume after High School includes two years of professional experience in Germany and Coaching Recreation level Basketball in South Carolina, Georgia and Virginia.  Brien is a enthusiastic Leader that is passionate about coaching, teaching and developing young people to reach their maximum potential in sports and in life.

Marlon Banks
Marlon Banks currently serves as the Senior Recruiter for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., a role he’s held since 2008. In this role, Marlon provides recruitment strategies for the Internal Audit, Tax, and Financial Shared Services departments. Marlon started his career with Walmart in 2006 as a campus recruiter. In this role, Marlon recruited for various departments such as Information Systems, Finance, and Merchandising. Prior to joining Walmart, Marlon was a Regional Director for Enrollment Services at Lyon College in Batesville, AR where he managed the Eastern AR, TN, and MS territory. He graduated from Lyon College with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a minor in Economics. Currently Marlon serves on the President’s Council of Lyon College and the Business Advisory Board for Northwest AR Community College’s SIFE program. 

Broderick Carr 

Broderick Carr is a native of Farmerville, Louisiana. He attended Grambling State University Laboratory High School and played Varsity Basketball.  Broderick has a Bachelors Degree from Grambling State University in Computer Information Systems. Broderick's basketball resume includes coaching his local Church Basketball team between the ages of 14-18 and local community teams between the ages of 10-18.  Broderick is a passionate coach who believes if he commits to coaching 100% his players will give him 100% effort on the Basketball floor."The game of life is like basketball, it can't be "
