Erick Beechum

Erick Beechum is from DeBerry, TX. He grew up playing basketball at school and learned much of what he knows from his father who played professionally overseas for 9 years. He relocated to NWA in 2004 to work for Wal-mart after college. Erick has coached in the Rogers Activity Center for the past three years. He is involved with a number of community service activities through Alpha Phi Alpha which partners with March of Dimes, Special Olympics, and various organizations within the community. The 2009 season will be Erick’s first season with the Arkansas Blazer Organization.

Rick Cupples

Rick Cupples is from ElDorado, AR.   He grew up playing basketball at the Boys and Girls Club and at school.  He has coached youth basketball for 7 years.  He started with the Boys and Girls Club in ElDorado, AR.  He coached there for 3 years and relocated to The Woodlands, TX were he coached in the Woodlands youth competitive league for 2 years.  Then he relocated to Rogers, AR and has coached at the Rogers Activity Center for 2 years.  He enjoys working with the youth of today and helping them progress as an athlete and a member of society.  The 2009 season will be Rick’s first season with the Arkansas Blazer Organization.
