Steve Wood 
Coach Wood was born and raised in Athens, Georgia. He attended the University of Georgia where he received his Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Education. While at the University of Georgia for his final year of Graduate School, Coach Wood held the role of Graduate Assistant for Intramurals and the last semester held the role of “Acting Director”. Following college, Coach Wood went on to work in Parks and Recreation as a Program Director for four years. Coach Wood has played basketball recreationally for much of his life and has coached youth basketball for the last 8 years since moving to Northwest Arkansas. Coach Wood is an active volunteer in the community, schools and at Cross Church Pinnacle Hills. Coach Wood has been married to his wife, Sonya, for nearly 18 years and has two children; Hannah (14) and Christian (10).

Montana Lewis 
Montana Lewis is currently a senior at
Bentonville High School. She has been playing basketball since the third grade and has played varsity for the
Bentonville Lady Tigers for the last three years. In the fall Montana plans to attend college at
Harding University in
Searcy, Arkansas on a full basketball scholoship to play basketball for the Lady Bisons. In her junior year, Montana received the awards of All-Conference, All-Vype, All Big Six team, and the KURM dream team. Currently in her senior year, Montana was named the Tournament MVP of the Neosho, Missouri holiday classic. Montana is involved at the Cross Church Pinnacle Hills as well as many clubs at her school. She is excited to be able to work with and mentor the future basketball stars of NW Arkansas.
