Quinta Jones
Coach Jones was born and raised in Tulsa and has been a volunteer coach since he was 18 years old.  He moved to the NWA area in 1997 when recruited from college by Wal-Mart.  Since that time, Coach Jones has actively volunteered in the community, schools and at church to continually be a positive role-model for today's youth.  He has definitely found his calling to be a mentor to the young people of NWA, both on and off the court.  He maintains his balance through a focus on the 3 "F"s Faith, Family & Friends.  Coach Jones has been married to his wife, Amy, for 12 years and has 3 beautiful children: son Amonta` (10 years old), daughter Quiara (7 years old), and son Amari (4 years old).

Shane Blackburn
Shane Blackburn is a native of Rogers, Arkansas. He grew up playing basketball, both at school and also with AAU and recreational league teams. Shane has worked for the Bentonville Post Office for 14 years and is also a licensed residential contractor. His other interests include bicycling, being outdoors and spending time with family and friends. He and his wife of 17 years, Brandy, live in Bentonville with their three children, daughter Meredith (13), and twin sons Collier and Collin (10). The 2008 season was Shane’s first season to assist Coach Quinta Jones with the Arkansas Blazers
